- Input: Text prompts and any images, audio, or video files you upload. We strongly advise that you do not include any personally identifiable information about yourself or others, sensitive personal information (such as race, health, or biometric data), or legally protected proprietary data in the content you upload.
- Output: AI-generated images, videos, audio, or text created based on your Input.
- Communications: Information you provide when contacting customer support.
2.2 Data Collected Automatically
- Device Information (IP address, browser/operating system type, device identifiers).
- Usage Data (feature interactions, timestamps, clickstream data).
- Performance and diagnostic logs.
- Data collected via cookies and similar technologies (see Section 7).
2.3 Data from Third Parties
- Social Login: If you choose to register or sign in through a third-party platform (such as Google or Apple), we may receive the basic profile information that the platform is authorized to share (such as your name and email).

- With AI Model Providers: To generate Output, your Input data is transmitted to third-party AI model APIs (e.g., Sora 2, Gemini, Seedream) as necessary. Their data processing is governed by their respective privacy policies. Please note that such transfers mean your data will be subject to the policies of third parties, which may differ from this policy. We recommend that you review the privacy policies of the primary model providers before using the service.
- With Service Providers: Cloud hosting providers (e.g., Google Drive), analytics tools, payment processors, and customer support platforms. In such transactions, user data may be transferred as one of the assets, but the recipient will continue to be bound by this policy or terms that provide equivalent protection.
- For Legal Reasons: To comply with the law, protect rights, or in connection with a business transfer (e.g., merger).
- With Your Consent.
6. International Data Transfers
Your data may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your own.
